I actually disagree - the intention here, as the "Note" at the very beginning also mentions, is that these are the conventions and guidelines for internal projects to AFNix. They should not apply to e.g. Lanzaboote or nix-zulip unless those projects decide to follow and/or fork our internal conventions.

I admit this is confusing because "AFNix projects" can read in two different ways. I don't have a good suggestion off the top of my head to disambiguate. Thoughts?
