We've always wanted this anyway but didn't do it initially because it wasn't a strict requirement for the launch and we didn't have good wording to include in the bylaws. Before the next board term expiry we should make sure that the bylaws specify a voting system with the following properties:

  • The board is elected as one group.
  • We use either some kind of RCV or a two-rounds system.
