We should consider getting rid of supervisord usage in microvm.nix.

It prevent us from upgrading (if we don't debug why the RPC protocol crashes on recent nixpkgs): see https://zulip.afnix.fr/#narrow/channel/4-infra/topic/latest.20nixpkgs.20bump.20cause.20virtiofsd.20to.20explode and blocks my work on hypervisors.
