Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
No strong reason to have both, and it means we have to have two separate agent pools, leading to worse utilization and thus slower builds for Lix or anything that could use parallelism (now that we have CI caching with attic).
AFAIK the only reason we have two is because we didn't think we'd use Buildkite for AFNix originally, and the Lix one predates AFNix by a good bit.
