Figure out the funding model for AFNix #6

My current idea is the following:

  • Donations to AFNix directly.
  • %age of donations to AFNix hosted projects, which we only collect on the "profit" (after expenses).

Defining the exact % is TBD. We're very much navigating blind at this point since Lix has been (AFAIK) 100% funded from contributor donations, either monetary or in-kind, and I don't think anyone is precisely keeping an accounting of this. Luckily we can likely also get away with something like this at the beginning since we're operating very lean.
