On Framework laptops (13th generation or newer) you can enter the setup mode like this:

The 13 in "Framework Laptop 13" refers to the screen being approximately 13" across. IIRC, Framework first made the Laptop 13, then the Laptop 16, and most recently the Laptop 12. They've also made a desktop.

This should probably just say all Framework laptops, and I'm not sure about the desktop.
