I know there's one but it still trying to be builded on my PC. I added a "https://lanzaboote.cachix.org" to substituters and its public key to trusted. Now it's fetching sources from this site but still compiling on my side. Is it supposed to be like this or I made something wrong?

It's hard to say because you may be validly be building some customization that we never built and cached. You would need to compare the .drv to see if you are missing cache hits on our cache or not.
