Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently we never remove ourself from a dependent when something changes which optimizes the dependency graph and so a symbol does not depend on another symbol anymore as we can earlier resolve the symbol. Consider cleaning up dependents BTreeSet when recalculating
