Tom Hubrecht 2fc03e7359 feat(zulip-server): Correctly follow the upstream tarball script 
cp is not the same at all as git archive, this reduces the output size
by 1.3GB

Also split-out staticfiles to their own derivation => this simplifies
the katex_server service
